The Law enhances administrative liability for violation of land legislation, and coordinates the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements with the regulations of the Land Code of Ukraine, the Laws "On Protection of Land" and "On State Control of Use and Protection of Land".
Inter alia, the Law defines the following terms: "use of a land plot without a legislative decision", "a boundary of a land plot", "a boundary mark", and specifies the concept "unauthorized acquisition of a land plot".
